About Us

Simon went through education to a degree level in the Sport and Management sector. Understanding what it takes to be elite level within sport and the employment/business world has always been a healthy obsession. After University the search for employment with opportunity fit for his ambition became harder than predicted. As a 'meant to be temporary' role he started as a self employed door to door sales representative. This role turned out to be the best and most influential chapter in his life. The people skills, confidence and determination to keep going along with gaining a vast knowledge of the Sussex area has been invaluable with the progression of his career. He also met Leah on his first day who is now his wife, mother of their daughter and joint owner/director of Windward Grove. So overall, not the worst 'temporary' role. After this, Simon worked in various estate and letting agency offices for two different companies across Sussex working with and learning from many very experienced agents and good people. His last role was a self employed letting professional for the largest hybrid/online agency in the country. Simon enjoys his football as a Brighton & Hove Albion fan along with playing himself and can often be seen with Leah and their dog in various local parks.

Leah is from central Brighton and started the door to door sales role a few months before Simon. Although he may not like to admit it she was involved in his training. Being a high performer in this field Leah often came back with more sales day to day than the other representatives. After a few years in the field, she took an employed administrative role for the firm. This involved processing invoices, accounting duties, payroll, recruitment, site booking and overall keeping everything organised and together. These skills do not leave you easily and Leah is very excited to apply them to Windward Grove and being the firm glue that hold their business and family on the right track! Leah joined Simon working for the largest hybrid/online agency and it became a partnered and household project for them to build and grow the brand together in their area. Leah took care of many administrative roles as well as hosting most of the viewings, putting the offer to clients and running the social media pages. Leah is also a Brighton and Hove Albion fan and is often the organiser as to where and when the dog gets walked.

Adam brings a wealth of property knowledge due to working in the property market for many years, he is also a highly qualified mortgage adviser, and property developer. His personable, jargon-free approach means he is able to give the best possible service, tailored to each clients’ circumstances, in a clear, straightforward manner — so everyone always knows where they stand.

Zahra is our office assistant, local to the Windward Grove Hub and an extremely friendly face to have in the workplace! Not only having experience in property refurbishment, Zahra can speak 4 different languages proving extremely beneficial within our multi-cultural location. Zahra is also the head of media and communications at her sons school, having redesigned their website whilst modernising their image. She is a key part of our growing business, taking on a range of tasks including handling viewing enquires, tracking of compliance with our new sales and lets, arranging property management needed and keeping communication to the highest standard.
